BuzzMap Terms and Conditions
These terms govern your access to and use of BuzzMap products, services, and websites. Please review them carefully.

Welcome to BuzzMap! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and BuzzMap, Inc. ("BuzzMap," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the BuzzMap mobile application, website, and associated services (the "Service").
By accessing or using BuzzMap, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.
Age Requirement: To use BuzzMap, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent. By registering, you affirm that you meet this requirement.
Compliance with Laws: By using the Service, you agree to comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations.
Account Creation: To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.
Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access or suspected breaches at support@buzzmap.org.
Termination of Accounts: BuzzMap reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion for violations of these Terms or if your account is associated with abusive or harmful behavior.
Acceptable Use Policy: Users may not post content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, abusive, or infringes on the rights of others. Content must comply with local laws and BuzzMap's Community Guidelines.
Content Ownership: You retain ownership of the content you post on BuzzMap. By posting, you grant BuzzMap a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and non-exclusive license to use, display, modify, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.
Content Moderation: BuzzMap uses automated systems and manual reviews to monitor and moderate user-generated content. We reserve the right to remove content at our sole discretion.
Reporting and Blocking: Users can report objectionable content through the "Contact Us" feature, and all reports will be reviewed within 24 hours. Users can block abusive or unwanted users, restricting their ability to interact or view your profile.
Sponsored Content Disclosure: BuzzMap may display sponsored listings, promoted events, or in-app advertisements as part of the user experience. Sponsored content will always be clearly labeled using identifiers such as "Sponsored" or "Promoted" to distinguish it from organic event listings.
Advertising Partners: BuzzMap allows third-party advertisers and event organizers to promote their events and services to users through targeted placements. These may appear on the homepage, within the personalized event feed, or in search results based on relevance.
Ad Targeting: Ads may be shown based on user interests, behavior, location, and engagement history. All such advertising practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, and users may manage their ad preferences through in-app settings.
Responsibility for Ads: BuzzMap does not endorse the accuracy or reliability of any third-party ads. Advertisers are solely responsible for the content and legality of their campaigns. Users engaging with advertised content do so at their own discretion.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
- Post or transmit any content that is harmful, offensive, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
- Engage in harassment, impersonation, or misrepresentation
- Access or attempt to access other users' accounts without permission
- Use automated systems, bots, or scraping technologies to access or collect data from BuzzMap without express authorization
- Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service
- Interfere with the normal functioning, security features, or integrity of the Service
Violations of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent removal without prior notice.
BuzzMap Ownership: All content and materials provided by BuzzMap, including logos, interface elements, databases, and software, are owned or licensed by BuzzMap and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
User License: BuzzMap grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written consent.
BuzzMap reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time and without liability if you violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or use the platform in a way that could harm BuzzMap or its community.
- Your right to use the Service will cease immediately
- Any remaining content or data associated with your account may be deleted, subject to legal retention requirements
- You may lose access to saved or posted content and features
No Warranty: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. BuzzMap does not guarantee that:
- Events listed are accurate, timely, or safe
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- The platform will meet your expectations or intended use
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuzzMap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, event misrepresentation, or data loss.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, legal obligations, or feature set. If we make material changes, we will notify users via the app or email.
By continuing to use BuzzMap after changes are published, you agree to the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas.

BuzzMap Advertiser Terms and Conditions
Terms governing sponsored listings, promoted events, and paid campaign services on BuzzMap.
These BuzzMap Advertiser Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Advertiser," "you," or "your") and BuzzMap Inc. ("BuzzMap," "we," "us," or "our") and govern your access to and use of BuzzMap's advertising services, including placement of Sponsored Listings, Banner Ads, Promoted Events, and other paid placements within BuzzMap mobile, web, or partner properties ("Ad Services"). By submitting a campaign or purchasing advertising through BuzzMap, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
- You must be a legally authorized business, organization, or event promoter.
- You must provide accurate business information during campaign setup.
- You are responsible for all campaigns submitted under your account.
2.1 Compliance Requirements
- Applicable federal, state, and local laws (including FTC disclosure requirements)
- Platform-specific advertising policies (Google Play, App Store)
- BuzzMap's Community Guidelines
2.2 Prohibited Content
- Misleading or false claims
- Hate speech, violence, or illegal activity
- Adult or explicit content
- Malware, phishing, or deceptive redirects
2.3 Right to Reject or Remove
BuzzMap reserves the right to review, reject, or remove any ad at any time for any reason, including but not limited to policy violations, poor performance, or user complaints.
All paid promotions will be clearly labeled within the app (for example, "Sponsored" or "Promoted") to ensure transparency for users. You may not disguise paid placements as organic content.
- We do not guarantee impressions, clicks, or engagement levels unless explicitly agreed in writing.
- Final ad placement and delivery timing are at BuzzMap's sole discretion.
- Targeting options are subject to availability and technical limitations.
BuzzMap will provide advertisers with access to basic campaign analytics, including impressions, clicks, and engagement metrics. Advertisers are responsible for monitoring campaign performance and budgets.
- All advertising fees must be paid in full before the campaign begins unless otherwise agreed.
- Payment methods accepted: credit card, debit card, or ACH (where available).
- Fees are non-refundable unless an error is attributable solely to BuzzMap.
By submitting ad content, you grant BuzzMap a limited, royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, host, display, and distribute your materials for the duration of the campaign.
You represent and warrant that you have the right to use all elements of the ad content, including images, music, names, logos, and event information.
Any campaign strategy, pricing models, or targeting insights shared by BuzzMap are confidential. You agree not to disclose or reuse these without our written permission.
You agree to indemnify and hold BuzzMap harmless for claims related to:
- Your ad content or conduct
- Infringement of third-party rights
- Violation of any law or regulation
BuzzMap is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or goodwill, arising from ad campaign performance or failure.
BuzzMap may suspend or terminate advertising access if:
- You violate these Terms
- You submit fraudulent or abusive content
- You fail to remit timely payment
BuzzMap may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active advertisers. Continued use of Ad Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Collin County, Texas.
